Prayer does give guidance and open doors: 

But you must Listen and Watch 

for the Guidance, and 

Walk through the doors!

You are the Answer

Have you ever stopped to think 

that maybe 

you are the answer to your prayers!

Another form of Joy

The spirit of true service is Joy!

It is not satisfaction, it is not pain, it is not suffering. 

To find the joy in service you must serve how YOU are meant to serve:

Not how someone else serves, nor how someone else expects you to serve.

To find your way of serving 

ask your heart!

Joy in Service

In the end, after you have awakened to the inherent unity of creation,

Seeing others as yourself, and yourself in others,

You will find there is nothing left you want to do but be of Service.

What a joy to awaken each day and breathe to yourself the words: 

"Show me how I may be of service today."

Get Exhausted!

Your seeking will eventually exhaust itself and surrender.

In surrender, personal will fails and

The heart becomes an open door to an empty house

Wherein the beloved, finding her lost lover,

immediately enters - filling it with love.

In these moments when seeker falls absent to seeking,

That which was sought

finds thee who was seeking,

as Love, Lover and Beloved become one.

Your heart is greater

Judge not,

Condemn not,

Criticize not,

Hate not,

Invite not such demons into your life,

your heart is much greater than these!

Present to Presence

If we become present

To Presence;

Presence becomes present

to Us.

These phrases flow from the following Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH):

Oh, Allah, show me things as they are in their reality.

(Allahumma arana haqaiq al ashya kama). This is a hadith or personal supplication of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is the prayer uttered by all the advanced ones on the Path of Return to Allah, through which they seek to realize the ultimate meaning of things. And this meaning, this inner reality is the Name 'Allah'.
