Freedom Found

Freedom is not found 

in the circumstances of life
but in the disposition of heart.

Breaking the Shell

As the confines of everyday life grow tight around you,
Listen for freedom's song calling from within this cage;
Just as the unhatched bird knows how to break its shell,
so you will as well!

A New Heart

Often in life you will lose your heart
only that you may find it again

Don't Lose Heart

When in life you feel you have lost your heart,
Despair Not; 

Within this absence,
the Divine is

Present!

I Am Divine

There is no reality but god, and
I am a unique and perfect expression 

of that divine reality‎!

Heart and Soul

If you loose your heart,
You have lost your soul;

If you break your heart,
You ‎will find your soul inside.

The Heart of Oneness

Oneness is not Sameness;

It is the deep perception of our inter-connectedness;

The visceral knowing that we, with all our uniqueness, are One Being.

This is a perception of the Heart not the mind;

It is brought about by the transpersonal, enfolding power of Love,

not the comparative power of reasoning.
